I tried going to Pogo Forums but it has been unavailable all day with this error message.

I have been getting this same error for 3 days now, maybe more. I need to find out what's going on with Merge Academy! There are so many people that are having the board reset and there's nothing here that I can find that explains anything. The whole website has been wonky for daysssss! 

im havinng issues with that game as well as getting the Forum to load.  Why cant they fix this stuff?

AGREED, NO season bonuses AND I have not been able to access the FORUM for a YEAR

I am getting the same error on the forum now, but while it was still working I saw a message saying they are aware of the problem with Merge Academy.

I feel your pain, believe me. The Forum is awful and if a miracle happens and you get there you can't click on the topic Poker Town. It just freezes. Back to the Seasons tab not being able to collect bonuses, awards, and coins, powerups etc. It's been one week now and it is being ignored by any techs that could fix it. All of the other tabs work fine, I hope someone can get Seasons moving because my awards have taken up the entire line up. If I had them all I might be number 2 in the Tournament. I'm currently number 3 so far. GL2U

Something is wrong with Pogo Forum.  When trying to open it up to see if there was anything posted on Merge Academy having issues for about the last 24 hours, it "timed out" and the message suggested that I contact the Board Administrator. I have tried to play MA numerous times and while I can play the limited time game, it does not save any progress. I get out of the game, go to regular MA game and tried to click on the link for choosing an item to play in the regular game, but when "purchasing" the item, the purchase freezes and nothing happens. I have to get completely out of the game, go back in and try to do the purchases over again, but with the same frozen stuck results. Also I go into the time limited game, only to find that nothing was saved from the last time I was in and that I need to start over again. So, not only is Merge Academy not working but Pogo Forum is on the fritz as well. With Merge Academy, the issues started after the Sticker's and the time limited game started yesterday, 3/30/26. Also, when I go to collect my rewards earned for constellation progress, I have noted that when I choose an energy Merge Academy reward, none have shown up as credited to my account. My energy level is at 100, which is where it was before the rewards should have been added. Also I have lost Gems when trying to make a purchase, but have no recourse to pursue the lost gems. While I really love playing MA, I am frustrated at the amount of glitches there have been in this game...and it's not a very seasoned game either. I know that bumps occur everywhere in life from time to time, but this game seems to be having more than its fair share of oopsies. Thank you for your time.

Ive been havng the same issue trying to open the forum.    So many problems with these games.

I am having the exact same issues.  Treasure Trove progress won't save.  When I purchase an item it freezes and I have to restart.  I am also not getting any of the Merge Academy items from my constellation progress.  No word from EA other than to not have two accounts open, which I didn't.
