POGO game Merge taking diamonds

I lost diamonds in POGO games Merge Academy. They replaced diamonds at a later date and I thought great they fixed the problem and are over giving. Then they took them back. I have not purchased diam...

    Hello! For account/order issues we must contact EA Help directly.

    Here > I want to check my order status - Pogo

    Click on Chat With Us and follow the steps to open a case.

    Also, our Pogo Community Manager, Pogo Sconnie recently stated that they are currently investigating this issue with Merge Academy.

    This happened again to me and I followed up with ea chat help.

    They said it was a known issue.

    When, and how will I get my gems back please?
