Pogo gems
I purchased gems last night, the money has already been taken from my account. The gems were there several hours ago and they are now gone approx 546

I cannot figure out how to reach anyone, pogo.com is linking to a 404 error.
I purchased 1325 gems, which shows in my transaction history under my Pogo profile, but was charged for what they are calling 1563 gems which was double the price according to EA.
Any have this happening and/or know a way to reach someone? This is obviously more urgent than a game not loading properly.
