Firstly, I wanted to apologize that no one was able to get back to you sooner. I noticed it's been about a month since you posted, and I'm sorry you've had to wait this long for a response. I'm also sorry to hear you've been unable to purchase Gems. 

Before we go any further, could you let us know if you're still experiencing this issue, or has it since been resolved?

If the problem is still happening, could you let us know which browser and device you're using, and whether this occurs with all Gem packs or only a specific one?
