Pogo Html games bugged graphics

Recently i have noticed that when i play on HD pogo games such as Lottso! Express HD, some of the graphics are messed up or straight up missing, i have attached an example.

  • @BunBun211, There are different reasons why graphics at a game have errors. I'll give some suggestions and maybe one will help.

    1. Clear the cache (memory) of your browser. When it is becoming full, the games may not be able to load completely or at all. If you aren't sure how to do this, the post from the following link provides guidance on how to clear the cache for the main browsers.

    https://answers.ea.com/t5/Pogo-Classic/Importance-of-clearing-your-browser-s-cache-at-Pogo/m-p/7896416#M187015

    2. Close any program or website that is open which you don't need to run. For example, close open emails, photos, other games, other open websites, etc. Each of these uses memory available for you computer. This is especially important for older or less expensive computers that have only a max of 4GB of RAM memory.  It is recommended that computers have 8GB of RAM to play HTML5 games, because these games require more memory to run.

    3. Certain problems with HTML5/HD games might be another issue. There used to be a post from EA regarding troubleshooting common problems with HTML5 games. I don't see it anymore, but I'm sure an EA manager could find it and add as a link to this discussion.

    4. If all else fails try a different browser for the games that are giving you problems. I have played some games where MS Edge has graphic problems. Google Chrome is a good alternative browser to use and it can be downloaded for free from the official Google website. Also make sure your browser is up to date.

    5. And if you haven't turned off the power on your computer in days, do that too. Some of us let my computer use the sleep mode instead of shutting it off. There are updates by Windows and Apple that require the operating system to function properly, and these can only be installed by restarting one's computer. If the latest operating system updates are not installed, some problems in running games and programs can occur.
