Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Temporary files or corrupted cookies might be causing issues. Clearing them often helps.

High Usage: Freeing up system memory by closing other tabs and applications is a simple but effective way to improve performance when playing HTML5 games.

Power Cycling:  Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router and helps with updates. Additionally check the quality of your Ethernet Cable (CAT cable) to ensure you are getting top speed from your provider. There should be a number on the cord, the best at this time is 6 and up!

Our computers have several programs running all at once, on occasion if one is trying to update behind the scenes or fails to update completely this could cause a lag in performance. Some users also play in private/incognito mode.
