pogo membership

Pogo games membership

Over the last several months I have tried and tried to renew my club pogo membersip with my debit visa.. I played for a year then I guess my membership ran out? I could no longer play canasta, so I tried to renew through my bank and it didnt get verified,, tried again and again. $1.00 was taken from my bank account every time I tried to subscribe, so obviously access to my bank was available. Obviously my bank info is corrects yet I still cant get a membership. I have talked to tat least advisors who havent been able to help. The last advisor recommended put my issue here, so here I am. She verified everything and all my info is correct apparently so why oh why cant I get a membership through my debit visa card. I had to go through paypal which is another horror story.. I am seeking answers as to how can you take money from my account to the some of $1.00 several several times yet I cant get verified? please help I been on this case for months and if you look at my file you will see just how many times I have tried to get answers.     Hi @anon847172 Thanks for the update, we may need to confirm with our support the purchase should have gone through or if there was any issues with it finishing.

    HI @anon847172 Thanks for letting us know what you are running into, I wanted to check if you are still running into issues with getting your Club Pogo Membership renewed?

    If so would it be possible to get the following information?

    Screen Name:

    Region:

    Club Pogo Subscription Selected: (Month, Year, etc)

    Card Type: (Please do not give card details just if its Visa, MasterCard, Paypal)

    Error Message:

    Please also list any troubleshooting steps you've tried to resolve the issue:

  • @EA_Illium No my solution is not fixed. I went through paypal and the money went through and was verified from paypal. Yet on your end I still couldnt play club pogo. I spoke with paypal and they said they would issue you a report to see what the issue was and why my money was not accepted.

    This has been an ongoing issue since November I have went to resolution center, I have sent messege after messege I have spoken to 4 of your agents. There has been no answers from the agents they said there is nothing they can do from their end. The last agent I spoke to said it was paypal fault and the money was not received on your end, paypal disputes that and said it was indeed sent and veified. I still cannot play club pogo and it looks like now I have been denied a membership to club pogo.. I am now taking this personally as eaxh party says their is no throuble.. I am so confused and actually very frustated that this has gone on since November with no answers or solutions of any kind... Kind of sad really that yu cant tell me why this is happening and what I can do.
