Hello! To follow up I can confirm that both games are indeed working in Pogo Slots 🎉If mine is working yours can too!
Pogo is a browser-based gaming site, which means our devices need to communicate smoothly with Pogo’s servers. Over time, playing for hours can build up a lot of cookies and cache. If we’re also browsing other sites, this buildup can grow even faster.
🧹Why Cookies & Cache Matter: Pogo games store more data than typical websites.
This includes:
Cookies: Save login info, preferences, and progress.
Cache: Stores game images, scripts, and data to help load faster.
Over time, these files can:
Become outdated or corrupted, causing crashes or freezing
Slow down your browser and device
Interfere with updates or new features
If some players are able to play, while others cannot the reason is generally:
💫 Outdated cache and cookies interfering with your device talking to Pogo (too many old and new commands cause confusion)
💫 Outdated browser This will cause loading issues, freezing, lagging, etc. (It’s like trying to run a high-speed train on rusty tracks—it just doesn’t work smoothly.)
💫 Outdated graphics driver (the most overlooked) An outdated or faulty graphics driver can quietly wreak havoc on our system while gaming - drops, lagging, freezing, crashing, flickering, black screen, etc. Updating your graphics driver can dramatically improve performance and stability. A simple check will tell you if it needs updating or not. How to troubleshoot graphics issues on PC
💫 High CPU or RAM Usage (memory): Close any unnecessary applications running in the background that might be consuming resources. Too many tabs or extensions can hoard memory. Close unused tabs and disable unnecessary extensions, have only the Pogo website open when you game.
💫 Enable hardware accelerationand JavaScript: Enabling hardware acceleration and JavaScript can dramatically improve your experience with games.
💫Browser security settings, Antivirus or Firewall Sometimes, outdated or corrupted cache can cause games to behave oddly, which may be flagged by your browser or antivirus as suspicious. Whitelist Pogo.com in your antivirus and firewall settings. This tells your system the site is safe.
If you are unsure with these steps or if it sounds too complicated, I can assure you they are not. 🙂You can search online for video tutorials or guides that will give detailed explanations and guidance for your specific device.
Give one or all of the troubleshooting steps a try, I am confident this will help with loading Pogo Slots!
I hope everything works out for you and please feel free to post again and let us know how it goes! 🐈⬛
💡As Microsoft prepares to end support for Windows 10 on October 14, 2025, users who continue to operate this may begin to experience disruptions in gameplay performance.
Thank you for sharing the screenshot of your issue, this helps very much in identifying the issue. Were you able to try any of the troubleshooting steps?
Having multiple gaming sites running simultaneously, along with various other programs/tabs, can definitely cause memory and processing issues. This often leads to graphics rendering problems, especially in browser-based games that rely heavily on hardware acceleration and system memory.
✅ Try and have only the Pogo site open after proceeding with the suggested troubleshooting steps.
Likely causes of this issue:
Graphics rendering failure - The game's visual assets (slot symbols, reels, buttons) aren't loading or displaying
Clear browser cache and cookies for Pogo Update browser to the latest version Disable browser extensions/ad blockers temporarily Check if hardware acceleration is enabled in browser settings Try a different browser Restart browser/computer
This should give you a clear path forward to resolve the issue.
I do appreciate your assistance very much. I had done the troubleshooting steps before but went through them again in case I missed a step last time. The game is still not working for me. I have a new Windows 11 computer, it's only a few months old now. Please note that I don't have any issues with other games not working at all (there are glitches with some of the games and some will even freeze up during game play and have to start it again). Niles Purrramid is the only game that I know of that will not allow you to play it and has been this way for at least 3 months. I do hope that tech support will be able to fix it.
This is all well and good, but please understand that not everyone with this issue is on a PC. I have the problem on my android tablet and smartphone. Yes, not everyone with a PC, tablet or android smartphone has an issue. My devices are clean and up to date, if not I couldn't play other Pogo games. If Pogo can find the time to create daily and weekly challenges it should be able to fix this issue so all of us can play this game.
