Pogo Slots not working for Advent badge

I was playing Pogo Slots for the Advent Calendar two days ago and it froze and now won't reload. The Garden side works just fine but not the side I actually need for the badge. It also takes an awful long time to load. I have contacted support two days in a row and for two days I my cases have been closed, and it actually says no fix. I mentioned it last night and they told me don't worry I won't close the case without a fix. I wake up this am and sure enough it is closed without a fix. I told them that these boards also have pogo slots issues and the person (now thinking it is AI) stated I need to go into the boards and bump it up, so it gets viewed more. Why should I spend my time doing their job? I will not be able to finish the advent without doing this badge, so I am going to lose out on the main badge which sucks. I have done all the trouble shooting stuff including downloading a different browser and trying on there and guess what it is doing the same thing. Has anyone else had these issues and either have a fix or also curious asked for help and received none? Thanks really hope Pogo sees this soon.
