I have no problems loading/launching nor playing any of the HD games on Pogo Early Access.
I noticed one more thing when the Bonus Picker mini-game is not displayed that I did not mention in my initial post. The 2 Bonus and the 1 Picker symbols are flashing, BUT the 4 white corner chevrons are missing from the 3 symbols.

Can you share a screenshot of what you see when it gets to the picker level? That will help a lot in understanding fully what's going on.

No, not yet. I have not experienced the glitch again. Recently for me, getting the Bonus Picker mini-game has become quite a rarity. (The same goes for the Free Spins bonus.)
Here is another description of the glitch: The Picker Bonus mini-game does not launch. What I see is: The Bonus symbol in the second column, the Bonus symbol is the third column and the Picker symbol in the fourth column are flashing, but all three symbols are lacking the bigger white flashing chevrons/arrowheads in the four corners of the invisible (boundary defining) square surrounding the symbols.
A successful launching of the Bonus Picker mini-game follows after the 3 symbols with 4 chevrons/arrowheads each flash once, then a "Use a Power-up" pop-up is displayed and then finally the "Help Tex Pick 3 Jars" Picker Bonus mini-game is displayed.
Below is a screenshot after a successful launching and playing of the Picker Bonus mini-game. The 3 symbols are flashing, and note that 4 large white/pink chevrons/arrowheads surrounding each of the 3 symbols are also present. The chevrons/arrowheads double flash/pulse for each flash/pulse of the symbols.

Thanks so much for the screenshot of when it does pop up for you. I am curious for when it doesn't pop up, however, when you mention the brackets aren't around the Bonus / Picker symbols. That's definitely troubling. If you are able to get a screenshot of when it doesn't work, I can send that over to the Pogo team and they can take a look.
