Pogo Slots Quest2/Line Bet Bug

I took a look at your account, and while you do have the Yarn Mummy Badge for completing Quest Card 8, I'm having trouble finding the Secret Scarab Badge (completion of Quest Card 2) and the Niles Emerges Badge (completion of Quest Card 5).

Do you remember the dates you completed those quest cards and earned those game award badges? The initial bid increase comes from the completion of Quest Card 2, so it would help a lot if we could nail that down.

No i do not remember ☹️ but i got quest 8 Apr 5th and rank 10 Apr 27th. Still on rank 11 Thankyou for any help. 🙂 Hazeleyesgirl70

Unfortunately, they're not tied to Quest Card 8 or your rank. However, if you completed Quest Card 2, the game award badge for completing it should be in your profile. If you can find the game award badge and let me know what date it shows, I can forward it on to the team.

I had to of finished it to progress/finish quest 8 and for the view spot to now be empty (attached pics 1st post)

If what you are saying is that i somehow completed quest 8 before completing quest 2 and 5,  there would still be a glitch in the game as i know have nothing under the view panel to be able to achieve quest 2 n 5 which means my amount to bet cannot go up. I'm almost to rank 12 now.

Perhaps if you remember how you completed Quest Card 2, was it by standard playing the reels or did you buy out the card with Gems?

Yes, In that case then there should be a disclaimer that if you spend gems to finish you will not progress, instead youll be wasting gems that were purchased

If you buy it out with Gems, it will still grant the rewards, as well as a game award badge. Do you know what day you may have bought it out with? It should display on the game award badge, or in your Gems transaction history.

I took a look and it appears they were for a different quest card than Quest Card 2. Do you remember how you completed Quest Card 2, which is the one that would grant the first line bet increase?
