POGO SLOTS WON'T LOAD

I am on a laptop and pogo slots won't load.  I've cleared cache and still won't load.

    @RosyR1313988 If you run into further issues please make a new post on the forums for community assistance, or reach out to an Advisor with one of the options below. 

       

    • EA Help website - Phone/Chat/Email - Availability may vary but phone or live chat would be faster than email.    
    • Twitter - Select the message icon to get assistance    
    • Facebook - You can select the 'send message' option on the accounts home page

    it will load and i will be playing and all of a sudden i get a black screen and when i refresh i loose all my points i earned will never finish the free challange have no problem with any other game just Pogo Slots
