Poker Town - Can't start a Game

This game has had "BUGS" in it for over a week! Since it first started! I contacted EA games filed a complaint, they did NOTHING. Wanted me to take a "Video" of live game play! So I did, I downloaded a program to record live video, sent it to them and they still did NOTHING! We pay $39.99 a year for this!?? Come on POGO!!!!!! When it does let you into the game, it freezes, lags and FOLDS YOU before you make a choice! FIX THIS GAME POGO!!!!!!!!!
