Poker Town Error with Season Change - June 2026

I get the same error message on the island getaway event. Please fix this glitch. Very frustrating.

ME ALSO.  IN ISLAND GETAWAY EVENT  27TH PLACE.  HIT CLAIM.  ERROR. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REPORT THIS FOR DAYS.  POKER TOWN.  is no longer enjoyable they took away half my points.  please fix it.  Thanks

Same happens to me. The error is I already got that set. I'm to move to the next set now, but error keeps giving me the wrong one. Also, i have been dropped (pass) when I have a winning hand, before collecting. I haven't chosen pass./

.

Hello?  Anyone?…, Bueller?,…, Still have not been allowed to collect my season rewards.  Obviously it’s not just me.

Having the same issue.

Most of this is copy of reply to other player.  I was told in chat that this is the way it does and nothing we can do about it.  I guess everyone started over. I think I received my rewards , but not 100% sure of that. I still get the pop up to claim the rewards every time I go to play poker.

I did not know it went above division five!  lol

Not able to collect rewards from last tournament event. ETA on resolution?  You obviously know about it because the error message clearly states you are unable to award event prizes at this time.  :(

I came in 2cd in the Island Getway event in Poker Town and won 40000 coins and I have been tring to collect but it wont let me.

Me too division 7 to bottom and can't collect the Getaway either
