Poker Town Error with Season Change - June 2026

There’s so many games having issues yet they’re putting out new games… They don’t care, they just want the money to keep coming in. And they know we’re not going anywhere because we are addicted to the games that do work. I have not been able to play matching moments for months now and it’s not the only game that crashes. They know these things are wrong, they know somethings wrong with poker town, they know somethings wrong with getting pogis on merge Academy, etc., etc. etc. but I am totally convinced now that I have seen the new game come out this morning that they really don’t give a **bleep**. Are you kidding me? Putting out new games before fixing the others? 😡

Yes,   Same thing happened to me.. I was kicked from division 4 to 1 also and was unable to “claim” my rewards. 

You’re not alone..

So this issue has been out there for 4-5 days and more and more people have added to it.  Is anyone working on it? POGO advertised their new and improved customer support and nothing has changed!! So frustrating. Just at least put a message out that its being addressed. 😠

Poker Town Error for Island Giveaway event will not let you claim reward. Has been this way for a few days now. Please fix this glitch. Thank you so much

I am having same problem.Was wondering if it was just me but i see alot of people are dealing with same thing!

I did not receive my rewards at the end of the season. 

Same thing has just happened to me.  I placed 2nd place in the Island Getaway Event Season and when I try to claim my prize, I receive an error.  Can someone please help me?
