Poker Town Issues

I played this morning and disconnected me 4 times. Of couse it took my money so of course took mty entry fee of 4000 each! 

Didn't recognize my flush.  Instead, it gave the win to a person who only had a pair of fours.  I was all in, so it ended the game for me.  That's at least the second or third time I've had that happen.  Also have seen this happen to other players as well.  

Another issue I've been having since yesterday - it won't let me claim my prizes.  The "Claim Prize" box is lit up telling me to claim it, but every time I click on the "Claim" button, it  says "Unfortunately, your progress could not be saved. Do you want to try saving it again?" So I hit the " Try Again" button and nothing happens.  After I hit the "Try Again" button 3 times, it gives me the option to either quit or restart.  When I restart and try again, it just starts the whole thing all over again. 

I keep losing money because this game freezes up and I end up losing my money and progress. If techs can't fix these issues I going to leave POGO!!!

I have the problem that the game freezes, hence taking my $4000.00 without finishing the game.  Freezes then says reconnect? I select yet but it dumps me in the lobby minus my 4000.  Has happed FOUR times now....Thats $16.000 lost  I wont be able to afford to play much longer!   Love the game.  No other game freezes but this one.  HELP Please

If you stand up because impatient idiots start a tournament game with three players (hence a bot), Your $4000.00 disappears. It used to come back if you signed out and back in...no longer. Out about $32,000.00. Yeah my fault for not noticing till I was way down. But really! Also, hands are NOT being accurately compared. Lost with several straight flushes.    

This is very aggravating and has cost me over 32K chips if you include today --- great game -- but not cool with it consistently crashing when I play

2ce now, there are 3 players left. me with over 12000 coins. other person has 800. they step away.

other play loses, i get their chips, i have 14200 chips, then the game ends i get second. The stepped away person gets 1st.

Poker town doesn't credit me for anything---not amount bet or hands played!
