I purchased Gem to use them for coins and i had 9200 chips and was ONE HAND AWAY from winning the game. Everything totally froze and I sat there on Table 1 for 15 minutes and play of that last hand NEVER resumed. According to the chat the only other person on the table had left. I EXPECT all my coins to be RESTORED, ALL 4000 of them and I EXPECT all those from the WIN WILL BE CREDITED. THIS IS TOTAL POGO BS! I will request a refund for my GEMS TOO!

If you cannot HELP with restoring my account with the PROPER compensation then WHY are you answering MY COMPLAINT to the BBB! And that is great (NOT) that you say long into official EA HELP yet when I do THEN WHAT? Because I just keep ending up back here where there is CLEARLY NO HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
