Hello and thanks for reaching out! Here in EA Pogo Forums and Pogo Forums on the Pogo website, they are unable to assist us with refunds or specific account issues due to being in a public forum.

You’ll need to reach out to EA Help through their private support channels and submit a case requesting a refund. You can log on to EA Help with your Pogo credentials here > Pogo – Official EA Help support

Friendly Reminder: Pogo_Sconnie is currently asking for feedback for Poker Town on Pogo Forums here > Games Forums Home | Poker Town Feedback

Please take a moment to view the EA Forums Rules & Guidelines and for our complete list of rules see the Positive Play Charter and EA User Agreement. To ensure you are not violating guidelines when posting.

If you cannot HELP with restoring my account with the PROPER compensation then WHY are you answering MY COMPLAINT to the BBB! And that is great (NOT) that you say long into official EA HELP yet when I do THEN WHAT? Because I just keep ending up back here where there is CLEARLY NO HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello again! I can help assist in addressing some of your concerns.

If you cannot HELP with restoring my account with the PROPER compensation then WHY are you answering MY COMPLAINT to the BBB!

I answered your posting here in EA Pogo Forums to direct you to the proper department who can determine the outcome and resolution of your issue. ❌This is not the BBB, this is Pogo EA Forums.

Public communities are designed for open discussion, not sensitive support, this is how public forums operate across the internet.

Why public forums avoid account‑specific help? Public forums are indexed by search engines, so anything posted here can be viewed by anyone.

Private data sharing of security‑sensitive topics → emails, real names, billing info, or other identifying personal details.

Privacy laws and platform policies require companies to handle personal data only through secure, authenticated channels.

EA Moderators do not have access to internal systems, so even if someone wanted to help, they literally can’t see or fix account‑level information.

✅ You’ll need to reach out to EA Help through their private support channels and submit a case requesting a refund. You can log on to EA Help with your Pogo credentials here > Pogo – Official EA Help support

"And that is great (NOT) that you say long into official EA HELP yet when I do THEN WHAT?"

EA Help solely will be able to determine your request of: "restoring my account with the PROPER compensation" of " I EXPECT all my coins to be RESTORED, ALL 4000 of them and I EXPECT all those from the WIN WILL BE CREDITED......I will request a refund for my GEMS TOO!"

I hope everything works out for you and Take Care!
