I have been on FB chat with EA about this issue. I asked her if this would help and told me to add this here in that it would be helpful to you? So, I am adding this bit in plus 2 screen shots. The whole Oops something went wrong awards not being awarded has been an ongoing issue. Unfortunately all the things they suggested I try and do did not resolve this issue. Please help.
