Poppit Bingo

At times, after completing a round at the end of a game, the screen is suppose to switch to a screen showing how many bingos you called, and the total points for that round.    The screen appears with no 

information.  Totally blank, and nothing is awarded.  Why does this keep happening?  Last evening, this happened to me ten times.  I got fed up and left the game.  Seems this is happening more often now.
