Poppit Party is freezing on "Balooning"

I had the freezing issue on the previous challenge, and again today.  It does this on all costumes, so I am unable to play.  I tried to start with the Chef today, with no luck.

Compatibility scan reveals:

I've mentioned this before, but apparently it is still not fixed.  I've tried the chef, the baseball player, Nestor, and others, yet the game still won't go past "ballooning..." with no game play, but loss of the costume.  Two challenges today are for this game, but I won't be meeting any, thanks to Pogo not fixing issues.

Game still not working.  No response from any support.  I see in chat that many others are having this issue as well.  Why do I even pay for Pogo membership?

Hey there, @Calicat67. I apologize for the wait.

It looks like you have Do Not Track active. Can you try disabling that? It can help a lot with freezing and progression issues. Please let me know how it goes for you.

Yeah, that does not help.  It still says, "ballooning..." and just stays there, on ALL costumes.  And I am not the only one.  Go into the game & look at the chat.  Everyone is having this problem and are frustrated.

On another topic, you tried to help with Jigsaw Detective many months ago and it was never fixed.  I have to wonder why I'm paying membership on something where issues are never resolved, questions never answered, etc.  Very frustrating.

I just loaded up the game using the Astronaut costume from Collection 1, and Artist and Ringmaster costumes from Collection 2 and they opened normally. This was on Microsoft Edge (version 86.0.622.61). While it doesn't appear to affect everyone, let's see if we can find out why it's not continuing past Ballooning for you.

I just tried Microsoft Edge (I normally use Chrome) and same deal.  

Microsoft Edge is up to date.Version 86.0.622.61 (Official build) (64-bit)

Stuck on ballooning.  Checked the chat, others also still stuck. Just tried ball player, safari guide, tourist, and cowboy.  None would load.

Operating system is: Windows 10 Pro

Device Specifications are: Intel Core i7 CPU 870 @ 2.93 GHz

3.07

GHz Installed RAM 16 GB

Cache has been cleared, multiple times.

When you check your edge://gpu or chrome://gpu reports, is your hardware acceleration listed as active?

It was not.  I changed it, cleared cache yet again, relaunched, and it still won't load the game.
