poppit party

poppit party has not worked for me in months. I have purchased a new computer, and it still does not work. it stays on ballooning. I have a gaming computer, and I have done everything suggested in other posts here. I will not be paying for another year of pogo when it comes up for renewal later this month. I am so tired of all of the problems, and challenges are are impossible to win without spending money. I already pay every year to play. Enough is enough!

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

     

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) 
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games   

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know: 

    • Screenname:
    • Device Make/Model:
    • Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:
    • Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)

    you load poppit party and it loads. hit play and it loads thre 2 game screens. Click on either game screen and it loads that game. hit one of the multiples within that game and it just sits there frozen on"bolooning".
