Found this info on the forums...
You do not get cactus cash when you rank up to an odd-numbered rank, only when it's an even-numbered rank. And you never get xp. You will only get cactus cash, tickets, or power ups. The rank up rewards box is divided into two sections: the top section is what you get for ranking up this time and the bottom section is what you'll get the next time you rank up. So although you see cactus cash each time you rank up, it only applies when it's showing in the top section. Also, any rewards you receive have already been added to your totals before that screen ever comes up. So you will not see your totals change after seeing that screen
Then why didn't I get my cactus cash when I leveled up to 30? That was never resolved. I forget the amount, but I was told I would get about 3000 cactus cash, and I never did. The fact that I was playing on Safari at the time was not satisfactory answer. I was told I would get it, but never did. That is a ridiculous excuse for not giving you the cash. Will be a long time before I struggle to get it again!
I guess that does not receive a reply. I will never accept that as a solution. Nor will I be renewing my membership in November. It is sad what has happened to Pogo. All the fun has gone out of it. A couple of the games are fun, but not like it used to be.
