Quinn's Aquarium badges still not issued.

Since the game retired on April 6th, I still haven't received any of my unawarded Quinn's badges. When StoryQuest was retired, it only took a month to get those badges. It's almost 4 months. How long are we supposed to wait??? It doesn't seem fair that I paid money for the badges and then not receive them once a game is retired (which I had no choice in the matter)! I have a few albums that can't be "completed" because of this. Please advise.
