Quinn's Aquarium Part 4 Deadly Creatures - Black Screen

I've been trying for 2 days now to get into Quinn's Aquarium Part 4 Deadly Creatures and when I click to enter all I see is a black screen. Will not go into the game. Please help

Hello! Anytime we see anything "new" or "added to a game", rather it be a badge collection, new levels or in some games right now Christmas themes, please try the steps of:

Clearing your cache and cookies along with checking for device and browser updates.→ Outdated or conflicting data can interfere with game scripts (language)

Outdated graphics driver → Outdated graphics drivers can cause games to freeze, not load or lag.

Insufficient RAM or CPU usage → Too many background applications or programs can halt performance.

Give these troubleshooting steps a try and if you need any help, please ask 🙂

I having been having this black screen problems for weeks now cant play and of the challenges. I tried everything its got nothing to do with my computer cause i can log into my sisters account and play Quinn's on her account. can you plz fix its one of the games i enjoy playing. I also had my kids try with no luck but can play on other accounts. Thx and Merry Christmas

Quinn's Aquarium problem is not solved. The black screen in Deadly Creatures still exists after 2 weeks. Please come up with a fix. This is getting serious now. I cannot move forward in this game. Thank you in advanced for helping. Pravahi1

trying get into quinns aquarium , part2 deadly creatures, since 12/5/25 all i get is a black screen . CAN'T get my badge, if i can't get it in . NOT MY COMPUTER

I am having same issue black screen and can hear music, but all others load. Can pogo please fix this issue on Deadly Creatures in Quinn's Aquarium it is doing it on my new laptop and new iPad stop saying clear cache it not the issue loading issue is pogo server/website.

I am also having this problem with Quinn's Aquarium on the Deadly Creatures one. All the previous ones I can play bonus rounds so no problem there. Wish someone would do something about this? Happening for about a week now.

I am having the same problem with Quinns, Level 50 part 3. my monitor is at 60hz I also downloaded firefox still the same. Also on google and Edge. I have updated all the windows updates and have plenty of ram. I have been trying for over 3 weeks. Spoke to support they said if it continued so I am reporting it
