I will admit that I am limited on how much I can help on the public forums on payment issues. We want to protect your private information, including your financial information, so we can't talk about specifics.

That said, if you are having trouble making a purchase, one thing you can do is to try to delete the payment method you have on file with Pogo and re-add it into the system. This will ensure that it checks the latest information. If you were trying a card before, you can also try PayPal to see if that helps.
