@playerSanta4404Its good to know you are not having a problem with all the games freezing. By what you are saying, I assume that means you are also clearing the cache of your browser.
One thing I discovered in the past is that sometimes a different browser may work better with some games. If you use MS Edge, try Google Chrome as an option. There are also other good browsers like FireFox. All can be downloaded from their websites for free. I usually have best results with Chrome. If you are still using Internet Explorer, don't use it.
Also make sure you close programs not needed that may be running, such as emails, other websites, playing music. Any programs running will use memory.
Pogo provides some links to troubleshooting such as the one below. Older computers or less costly computers may not have meet the minimum requirements for most games here. The link below has another link for minimum requirements.

Finally I am a volunteer helper here back after being away for a few years. I have read so many posts in the past about difficulties people have with some of the games here. I know it can be frustrating.
You can also contact an EA adviser through online chat if all else fails. They will create a case for you and someone with more experience might offer a solution that works. Sometimes they will later get back to you by email. If you want to try that, use the following steps as a guide.
1. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=pogo
2. Select platform you are using such as PC, Mac, etc
3. Select Topic "Technical Support"
4. Select Issue "Game Performance"
5. Click on the "Select contact option"
6. Briefly identify the problem in the Subject box.
7. Click on "Request live chat"
8. Describe your issue in detail when an EA adviser starts the online chat. You can also ask for a phone call back and leave your phone number to be called back.
9. If the online chat does not start within a reasonable time, try again later.
