I complete the full book. The 3500 energy and the 2750 supplies loaded to my totals. I left the game and came back later the same day and those balances were gone as if they had not been granted. The sticker book was completely wiped though (starting a new book). So now I am fully missing the promised earned rewards.

The same thing happened to me, except the totals never actually loaded. Bubbles with the gifts appeared on my grid and my screen froze. When I refreshed, I had the treasure chest but no supplies or energy. So frustrating!
