Farm Merge Valley - rankings not calculating correctly

My Weekly ranking is showing 1 for Toolboxes cleared, but I've finished at least two dozen of them this week. The Highest Coin Balance isn't working either. It says 0 when I collected a 16K piece yesterday. Some things are working like crates opened and items merged, but some are not.
