29 days now since none of us received our rewarsd for completing the first sticker book in the Farm merge game.

They made a note about it 09/16 & since? NOTHING!

At least we could chat with a live help agent/advisor but NOW that's gone too for the past 6 days. Everytime I attempt to connect I get this message:

You can just sit there forever & NOTHING happens!

EA is truly messing us over & it's not okay. What a way to do business. Ignore problems, ignore customers & hope we just accept it as status quo.

Personally, I'm looking into other gaming sites because POGO is not the only game in town. The amount of $$$ most of us are out is ridiculous.

As someone else so eloquently pointed out "the silence is deafening."

I have also been waiting since 9/14 for the Farm Merge rewards. POGO/EA ignoring their customers is their strategy. Ignore us long enough and we'll go away, and that's not OK. If you find another gaming site, please let us know! Thanks!

" THE SILENCE IS DEAFENING" regarding the issue with the sticker album, ON THE FARM GAME, not giving out what was promised at the top of the game and the album. So you ask, What does this quote mean? The phrase "the silence is deafening" means that an absence of sound, speech, or a RESPONSE is so noticeable, that if feels as loud as a roaring noise.
This phrase is most often used when people EXPECT AN ANSWER, EXPLANATION OR PUBLIC STATEMENT, but get complete quiet instead. AND it's also an OXYMORON! like JUMBO SHRIMP.
POGO - Your top players who spend time playing this game, have achieved the daunting goal you have set for, for us to do. We DID IT! Then to NOT reward that achievement or even respond to us, seems to be extremely COUNTER PRODUCTIVE, to having us continue playing your games.
Please have a Moderator or an IT person let us know if anyone is currently working on this issue ! ! ! Otherwise, it appears to your loyal players that nothing is being done to rectify the issue. You see that more and more players are or have had this issue. We don't mind giving you time to fix the problem and make good your promise of the rewards we should have obtained; as long as we know you are working toward that goal.

Well I made a whole OTHER post about the Deafening Silence & it seems it was "Merged" with this one...the irony is NOT lost on me, LOL.
I actually did get through to a 17th or 18th live agent earlier today who "checked on" this issue & reported it's a: KNOWN ISSUE & The Team is working on it. *sure they are*
I'm so sick & tired of this elusive "team" that doesn't seem to get crap done. Also, the secret squirrel way this company conducts business. I suppose if you wanted to reach anyone at their headquarters you better known that extension. No operator. No live people despite a company that has 1000's of employees.

People STOP BUYING GEMS! Why feed this cash cow that ignores us for a month???
