Still waiting for someone at Pogo to fix my game!!
Losing points & very frustrating keep getting stuck at the same level even after completing the game for a few weeks now.
Can somebody pls fix this issue & explain to me why this keeps happening?

Why are there no new biomes in like forever?
Also, have been stuck on the same level for over a month even though I've completed the same level several times. Is this some kind of glitch? Or am I on the very last level so it keeps repeating the same level? Love this game but really frustrated & it's getting rather boring. Would appreciate some help with these issues. Thanks!

Why am I continually getting stuck on the same level? Even after completing several times.
This has to be some kind of glitch. It keeps happening & is so frustrating. Plus I'm missing out on alot of points.

Level requirements not fully met: Some levels in Mahjong Sanctuary require specific objectives beyond just clearing the board. Double-check the level requirements to make sure all objectives are being met before the level ends.
Corrupted cookies/cache interfering with progress saving: Old or corrupted browser data can prevent game progress from saving properly. Even if you complete a level, corrupted cache can cause progress not to log.
Why does this happen? Pogo is a browser-based gaming site that relies heavily on your device being clean, updated, and having room to communicate clearly with Pogo's servers. When your browser cache is cluttered or corrupted, it's like having static on a phone line - the message that you completed the level might not get through properly.
Here are a few troubleshooting steps to try:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies - Clearing cache removes outdated data so the browser can load fresh assets without errors.
- Update your browser and device - Outdated browsers may not support the latest game scripts or graphics rendering, causing compatibility issues that result in a variety of problems.
- Power cycle your modem/router - Turn it off for a few minutes, then plug back in. A modem can get bogged down by temporary data, memory leaks, or minor software glitches, and a restart clears these issues.

Same problem once again!! Stuck on the same level over and over again even though I keep completing it. I'm not getting any points because of this glitch. Why does it keep happening? Also, when will you be getting some new biomes? I completed all of them over a year ago or longer now.

Looping, failed progression, loading, etc. can happen for a number of reasons, her are they main causes:
- Outdated Browser
- Corrupted cache or cookies
- Too many extensions: Script blockers, privacy tools, anti‑tracking extensions
- Disabled JavaScript
- Hardware acceleration issues
- Browser memory leaks - Tabs consuming too much RAM
- Outdated graphics drivers
- Low system resources: Insufficient RAM failing to save progression. Background apps starving the browser of resources
- Network Problems: Slow or unstable connection can cause sync loops or failure to reach servers
- Security / Privacy Tools: Antivirus or firewall interference
- Ad blockers or script blockers: Blocking essential game scripts and assets
Because Pogo is a browser‑based gaming site, our devices need to be updated, clean, have room to move and properly configured to communicate with the game servers.
When our devices update — whether it’s the browser, operating system, or security tools, those updates can sometimes reset settings, clear permissions, or change how certain features behave on our devices. This can lead to issues like looping, failed loads, games not progressing and a number of other issues.

I also am not getting any credits for games won I have won level 1800 6 times and no credit, the 5 that are on there are from 1- 2 days ago for level leading up to 1800 Today no credits given Thanks for any help.
