Same here.  Cannot get past garbage can for freebies just states Oops failed.  Also completed book was to have received 270 energies but nothing.  Help please!!!!!

I have the same problem.  I also just completed the Creatures 1 sticker page of the Sticker Album and did not get my 245 energy units and the 50 coins for completing the page.   I wish they would get the game fixed especially since it is a weekly challenge this week.

All of the time disappears with one click.  The timer goes from 100 to 0.  Still cannot access the free items.

Same issue here plus when I logged in for the first time for the past two days, my credits (dont know what you call them - the lightening bolts) were set at one and then they started on a timer to increase.

My Energy has disappeared as well, or it is just not accumulating. This is along with the OOPS purchase failed. I had 67 energy I just logged back in and 60 have disappeared. 

Not only is it not giving me the energy or coins, it steals all the energy I had earned from time.. Please fix yesterday.

Same problem with the coins or energy button.  Get the OOPS response.  Also, when I first opened the game, I had 100 energy points and it disappeared the minute I tried to play game after not being able to get extra energy points

Same for me plus it steals all my energy!! I have lost over 300 at least everytime I get on the game.

2nd day in a row this has happened. You have to manually go through the rest of the rooms on that level to get your other items too.

Yes, this has been happening for 3 days, only for the coins or energy at the gate. Please fix!

I am having the same issue - cannot select either - please fix this - I am missing out on getting my extra coins.

Same for me, Also when completed a book I don't get the energy or coins! 

same here and it is not saving any of my progress, so I have wasted a ton of time and every time I go back to the game it is at the same place.  This is very frustrating, I want to complete the badges, but if I can't make any progress, it is impossible!!

Same.  Please fix.  It then freezes the game and you have to restart.
