Re: Merge Academy energy is no longer recharging when logged out of game

Players have started reporting that it is imperative to update your computer by cleaning your cookies, cache and history for the updates to take full effect on your device. Make sure to restart your computer as well.

This action has been reported as helping some players with their energies going back to replenishing.

If you have tried this and it did not work - You may have to wait for them to address this issue fully in the future.

In the meantime, I would suggest trying a thorough cleaning on your device to see if this will help!

You can watch some videos online as well to help with "how to clean all caches, temp & junk files" (there are several ways). I know some players who are using Windows 10 are not getting full updates, not sure if you are one of those however this version of windows is ending in 2025 and is causing a lot of issues already.
