Sorry about not replying earlier. 🤭 Actually I didn't play Poppit Bingo when the errors kept occurring and forgot that I had raised the issue regarding that. 

I just wanted to say thankyou for all your help. 😃 👍 😉 Having the updated version available definitely helped. I can say as of now Poppit Bingo is working fine for me. 🙌

By the way didn't realise but wondering why there is a 'YR' after my username. 🤔I just don't remember having noticed it before as it's always been 'PgozGurl' not 'PgozGurlyr'. Just curious that's all. 🤔

Anyways thanks once again for all the help. It's highly appreciated. 🙂

As for your username, the AHQ username goes off of the primary EA user ID you have set. Unlike the Pogo screenname, the one you use on AHQ can be updated at any time. You're welcome to update it at https://profile.ea.com.

Hi Arrenai,

I think I spoke too soon lol 😳 Unfortunately it started playing up again with the same with one of the same messages. 🤭

However sometimes it tends to reload itself but I never get to collect any rewards given. 😕

Please note: I have attached screenshots that could help you in understanding what I mean.

It's annoying when you keep losing tickets especially on the winning games or ones with more bingos called out and plus when I have to complete daily goals which I might have earlier, had it not got stuck or rebooted and start reloading itself. 

Don't know if anyone else has had similar issues.

Maybe I will try another browser specifically when playing Poppit Bingo.

Nonetheless thankyou for all the help & assistance so far.
