In order to address what problem you are having:

you must specify your computer info specification by clicking the link, copy and paste the result...

provide your operating system and browser you are using...

Also close other open unwanted program when not in use...

this interferes w/ loading behavior activities and result in premature loading...

be patient while games load and not to interfere [do not multi-task]...

HD games are high in CPU usage so you must meet the standard requirement...

@least 8gb of RAM [memory]/Operating System [Windows 10 or other compatible OS]

Browsers chrome > google/fire fox/edge - updated if possible [required]
