Hi @Shad7074 Can you try resettings your Pogo/EA account password on the Pogo sign-in screen and selecting the "Forgot Password" option. 

Once done, I'd recommend clearing our cookies and cache. Then attempting to sign back into your Pogo account with your email address and new password.
