Just click on the HTML5 troubleshooting link, which will open a new tab. It will have step by step things to try, such as rebooting your computer. If you get stuck on any specific part of it, please let me know and I'll be happy to walk you through it.

Were you able to open the HTML5 troubleshooting link? It's the blue text. Just click on it to open the troubleshooting information in another tab. Alternatively, I can walk you through it step by step.
