Re: Still an issue with Jungle Gin

When will you fix Jungle Gin?  So many problems with the games.  Can't on Gin, Things wrong with Canasta.  When I get ahead and winning then it freezes, or the other player takes forever to play, or timer goes to zeros and stays.  After so long of waiting I leave and i lose points.  Rainy day spider i have cleared several colums and no points.  Come on Pogo I've been a member since 2003,  Lets get things fixed.

    Jungle Gin worked sporadically on 10/13.  This AM 10/14, I attempted to play Quick Play, neither human or bot game would load.  I attempted to   find a game, it would not load.  I attempted to create a game and I could make the selections but the game would not create, only spinning.   I attempted to play Pro and would not load.   I have cleared my cache/history, restarted mbp and changed browsers (Safari to Chrome), NADA.  With all the comments being made in the game chat tables, I do not believe this problem to be solely mine.      Please keep me apprised.   Thank you, Jan

    Jungle Gin is now working as o f late yesterday (10/14) and again this morning (10/15) .  thank you, Jan

    Exactly my same issues! Disgusted! Losing points for not playing, what's up with that.. :(

    Nov. 11, 2025:  My post 28 days ago saying JG was working was posted in haste.   JG is not and has not worked consistently for over a. month.

    Nov. 10, 2025.    This problem HAS NOT been solved. It has been ongoing for over a month.; I attempt playing each day.On occasion I have been able to play ONE game against a HUMAN but then no more. For a while I was able to play against only BOTS but now that is sketchy.;I have no problems with any other game. I have cleared history./cache, used 2 different browsers (Safari &Chrome), have changed computers (MBP/iMac) with updated software on both, internet check is strong, have attempted to reload the page if it "stalls" . All to no avail.  Please advise. Thank you, Jan

    Nov. 11, 2025.    Late Nov. 10 I was able to play a human in Quick Play once.  Then nada.  I tried playing bots, nada.   I attempted to Host a Game and while I was taken to setting up the game, it just spinned, and spinned and spinned.   I attempted to Play Pro, could not get to a table.     Later I attempted again and was able to play a human in Quick pay, ONCE and that was after re-loading 5 times.    This morning I landed in a table (Humans, Quick Play) and sat & sat & sat.  I was then able to play a Bot.  Now 2 hours later, NADA.    Developrs should be able to ensure the performance and responsiveness to their games.   If you are using an outside developer (junglee games ??) perhaps one of their developers should take a look at what’s going on.  If using an in-house developer, you can do better. Whatever the problem, please get it fixed.  Thank you, Jan
