It hasn't been working for over a month!  This is pathetic and I'm about ready to ditch my many years of membership!

Jungle Jin has not been working correctly for quite some time now. Why can't this get fixed so we can play the game. It either won't load, or just sits trying to load. There are other games with similar issues.  I definitely won't be renewing my subscription, this just isn't worth all the hassle.

Same here.  Nothing but trouble.  Very frustrating.  If it's not back up and running when my subscription comes up I won't be paying the $$ for this game.

Big problem with Jungle Gin. Freezes , no players, can’t even exit game

Same issue Jungle Jin won't let me login 80% of the time. Sometimes I get lucky. Been a member almost 20 years and this is unacceptable.

it won't do any good to try to report it since no seems to know what they are doing in here. can't even fix a game.
