i havent been able to get into it for weeks now, Me like u its to do with the lifes

I found if I exit the game then go back in without logging off, the energy is there.  It's a pain but the only way it works for me.

I have tried this and still not worked

It is a no go for Tile Hero again today, It even ate my 10 free heart tokens .

Yea. The same thing has happened to me. This is the second day it's happened. I cleared out my cache, and closed my browser and still at 0 lives.

POGO has gone to he double hockeysticks for the last few years. Tile Hero is a bingo jam challenge and one cannot even play it. Then there is the stupid cramming down our throats for games like garden blast and solitare homestory....sad . 

Consider yourself fortunate.  That isn't a general rule regarding this game and while that works for a while, chances are, Tile Hero will stop regenerating lives again.  It has reverted back for me.  I simply gave up playing the game or trying to convince EA that it's their problem and not ours.  Both are like beating your head against a brick wall.

This worked for me for awhile, but then stopped working all together
