I have gotten ripped off three times now. I earned the four boosters that they give along with the 1000 coins for completing a room.. They gave me the 1000 coins and said I won the 4 boosters yet they did NOT give me the boosters for three consecutive times.. I had to win the game 24 times each time to get those boosters.. This was not an easy accomplishment due to have to wait 30 minutes for each new life.. COME on POGO stop cheating us players.. fix the game give me my earned boosters.. POGO is no longer a fun place since a lot of the games have issues..

Still getting this error message. It has been this way since the launch. It is becoming very clear to me that POGO doesn't care if it launches games that are defective and unplayable. Fix the game or take it down until ALL players have access. Credit ALL Badges that were offered during the time the game was unplayable. I have been a member for over 20 years and am seriously considering NOT renewing when it comes due.
Windows 11 has updated 3 times and Firefox has updated 2 times since the launch. Cache has been cleared several times and browser refreshed. No issues with any other games.

I have to pay in order to play this game. I am so frustrated by this. I refresh, switch browsers, and try the app. However, if I shell out 20 bucks for gems, I'm good to go! Do better POGO.

Same thing here for me. Started yesterday evening. I have not received my bonuses not my wins. Its like they don't want you to finish their bingo jam but want you to play all there games. Very frustrating. Tile Hero seems to be having a lot of issues and you have to wait 30 minutes for lives but if you didn't get ripped out of your bonuses you would be able to keep playing!!

exactly the same thing is happening to me right now.. i'm earning the boosters and coins, but they aren't showing up during gameplay, and some of the lvls are almost impossible to complete without a booster, just have to keep trying and hopefully get lucky.
I looked up how to report a bug, and found a v comprehensive list of all the info i would need to supply once i get to report it, but i cannot get to the page where i actually use all this information, so am more than a little frustrated by the whole process!
