Hi @Wolfn7 Thanks for the update if you wish to try looking into the issue further, once you have a moment can you try the following troubleshooting?

  • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game    
  • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)  
  • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates    
  • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Prive Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
  • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

    Brand new computer acer nitro 5 (3 days) I get the same reaction on edge, chrome, firefox, and waterfox. So...next try

    @EA Illium I have tried all the fixes & 3 different browers, nothing is working..at all...I won't get my badges this week ;(

    try lowing your monitors refresh rate to 60hz worked for me. this explains why it worked on my computer connected to my tv but not my laptop, set laptop screen to 60hz and now game works.

    I concur with Reply #18.  I reduced my monitor's refresh rate to 60Hz to play Trizzle on my brand new Windows 11 laptop.  Success!

    Another alternative configuration you might try is to turn Hardware Acceleration off.  Good luck.

    Trizzle doesn't work no matter what suggestions have been made.  Please stop making it a daily challenge or any challenge for that matter

    Thanks, going to try this. It won't play on my phone or my new computer. So I'll try the different settings.
