I can't play this game either and it's part of the "Complete 18 of 21" challenges. I can't complete it, so I might lose my chance to get the badge. Why do we have these awful games that don't work for us?!

Have tried to play on PC with Firefox and chrome. Tried to play on android with Firefox, chrome and Samsung browser.
No error messages.
Can't do a screen shot at the moment, but most items are not clickable including the snowflake and candy cane. When the hint is used an item will pop up above where it is shown and flashes allowing it to be clicked on at that point.
All of this has been stated in previous posts.
Has there been any progress made on this? Honestly I have not checked the game itself, but I would hope that someone from EA would post that the problem was fixed or at least being looked into in the thread. Someone combined 2 threads on the topic so either these type of forums have become more automated since I was a moderator a long time ago on a different site or an actual person has seen this. I wonder if this post will receive another request for my screen name, any error messages and a screen shot?
