Refund

I've been trying to cancel my trial with Pogo &EA but it didn't cancel & now charged me $7.70  for a subscription I cAnnot use , nor did I get to play any Pogo games , cannot contact a service representative, ,nor is there any help in that department for your  players  (or non players ) who made the mistake of exception to the FREE trial  & cannot cancel ,even though I deleted the app and unsuccessful attempt at cancelling subscription before the so called trial  expired, .please do not ignore my request for a return of my money to my account ,!!?? Thanks for your attention to this matter
