Repeatedly Shorted on Scrabble Timer/Time Runs Out Too Fast

When playing Scrabble, I keep getting msg that "time has expired", or that "opponent has extended my time", and it's only been 5 seconds, or 15 seconds, or just returned from intermission. Although...

I hate the new format. I get closed down when my time has expired and it has been less than 4 seconds. I have reported this, but no one seems to care.

It is just terrible every day the game gets worse!! Yes they take your money and run from the problems at hand. I don't now why they just keep changing the games formats. I'm very disappointed with POGO!! Kreemcheez
