Card Scramble will not open, if it does you can play one hand then it stuck loading again. This has been going on since it's release date. i have cleared cache, i have tried edge and nothing works, I would really like to play this game so i can do my challenges.

Hello! Sorry to hear you have not been able to play Card Scramble since it came out, that was several months ago now, that shouldn't be occurring. There are a few things that standout to me in this screenshot - did you take this recently or have you been saving it for a bit - the date is off? Also, your taskbar has a significate number of apps, possibly 17-20 that I can see and each of them are running quietly and eating RAM or CPU.
Additionally, modern technology has evolved significantly over the last 5-7 years and almost everything is interconnected and designed to be updated for security and optimization - Apps, browsers, operating systems and security programs all need resources to operate and update.
Playing on a browser-based gaming site like Pogo consumes significantly more resources than regular browsing or shopping, also not all games on Pogo are designed the same, some take a bit more of our resources than others.

Please know, because you are using both Edge and Chrome on your device, both browsers need regular updating and cleaning individually. They're two different programs. *Extensions, junk files, bloated cookie cache, pop up blockers, hardware acceleration settings and privacy configurations in each browser can all interfere with how games load and display.
