Several players have been having this issue for several hours. We are getting the error message, "unable to authenticate." I've chatted with EA but they said to post here. I am so frustrated with my club pogo membership which i have had since 2001. It is so hard to sign in lately to pogo to play canasta. WHY? now I get a prompt needing a code periodically. Then I get the code and tonight it states unable to authenticate. I pay for this crap and no way to get help. No customer service when the problem exists which is so frequent lately. Again I am paying for this disservice. EA is terrible. I( probably will not even get a response they are so bad.

I am unable to play canasta, it keeps saying "unable to authenticate", I've been playing all day and it just startedl I have reset my computer several times, nothing works.

Hello! Regrettably, this appears to be a sitewide issue, numerous players have reported this both here and on the Pogo.com Forums. Players have also reported similar problems with Scrabble. Jungle Gin and Yahtzee this evening.

Currently the following games are experiencing difficulties on the Pogo website.

Spades
Pogo.com Forums experiencing loading issues due to traffic.
Be assured that you are not facing this situation alone, this has been reported by numerous players on both the Pogo website and the EA platform.
They are aware of the situation, and we will need to remain patient as they look into the causes and circumstances surrounding it.
