Several players have been having this issue for several hours. We are getting the error message, "unable to authenticate." I've chatted with EA but they said to post here. This same issue happened a few weeks ago.
Pogo loads, but not Canasta.

TRIED ALL MORNING AND REBOOTED STILL UNABLE TO AUTHENTICATE CANASTA
I am a paying Pogo Canasta player and have been getting the unable to authenticate message when game tries to connect to server- for the last 2 days! Please fix the issue--or issue refunds for time lost!
I am STILL getting a CANASTA error message that says "Unable to Authenticate". There is no way to know for sure that Pogo is even aware of this. Canasta is my main reason for keeping Pogo. SO FRUSTRATING.

I've been playing Pogo games since it was part of AOL (and free) over 20 years ago--a PAYING member since you first demanded it. This year with your "give/take back" jewels episode, your company's been unreliable to say the least. I've bought gift memberships for two members of my family members in the last 10 years but I have not renewed one of them because they think you're just ripping me off.
Not that the person reading this will care (unless you like your job) but I've told my investment team to be sure EA is not in any stock package I buy. You're doomed with NO customer service and I don't want to be a double looser.
It's been over 8 hours now and I've chatted twice with EA.
They've given me instructions on how to fix the issue on my end. I've done that, but clearly it's not me. MANY players are reporting the issue, yet EA has not fixed the issue.
