Are they trying to reproduce the issue to see if it is actually happening? Did they find the issue and trying to find a remedy? Either way, day by day, the game is not working as intended and seems to now be sitting at (possibly) 16 keys that would be owed to players as the days would relocked due to no fault of the player.
Is it a matter of reproducing the issue, because to me, it seems players are able to reproduce it almost daily and as a mod in the members helping members forums, we do tend to get looked at for answers and yet even we don't have any (while we are affected as well). All the players want is the game returned to how it was working BEFORE the update which caused days to not remain unlocked as long as the game was entered on that day and a reimbursement of lost keys for unlocking days that they should not have been required to use to do so.
When are you going to fix this please. I think you should give us all of april at least. With no notice on having to do the daily and not just going in. Come on. Have Mercy on us
