Risk not loading properly

Risk loads but assigns only black as a colour to all players. One cannot play the game beyond this point. Are you addressing this issue?

    Risk is now running properly. I gather POGO ran into an issue that caused problems across a number of games. Thanks for fixing.

Hey @abc1462722990 @Tunkamania If you are still running into issues with Risk loading, can we give the following a shot?

 

  • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
  • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
  • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
  • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to sign in manually
  • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

Also, ensure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games.

      @abc1462722990 Glad to hear it's working again for you, please let us know if you run into any other issues that we may be able to help with.

      @Tunkamania did you get a chance to give the steps provided by @EA_Illium above a try? If so can you let us know if you're still running into issues?
